CCL Industries acquires InTouch Label and Packaging near Boston
CCL Industries acquired InTouch Label and Packaging, a short-run digital label converter near Boston, Massachusetts, for an enterprise value of about $10.9 million. The business will join Avery's WePrint direct-to-consumer label business.
