Graphic Packaging agreed to sell its Augusta, US bleached paperboard manufacturing facility to Clearwater Paper for US$700 million, based on about US$100 million Adjusted EBITDA. The deal is subject to regulatory approvals and expected to close in Q2 2024.
Clearwater Paper acquired Manchester Industries, a paperboard sales, sheeting and distribution supplier with five facilities in the US, from PaperWorks Industries for $68.25 million in cash. The deal was announced on 16 December 2016.
