Smith-Midland Corporation signed an $8.6 million contract with Webber, LLC to produce precast concrete sound walls, columns, and J-J Hooks barriers for a North Carolina DOT project along Interstate 95 in Robeson County. Production has begun at the North and South Carolina plants.
