ESAB Corporation has acquired Ohio Medical, which will operate alongside its existing brand GCE Healthcare. The acquisition aims to provide scale, geographic reach, and capabilities for Ohio Medical's suction and oxygen therapy products and medical gas systems.

ESAB Corporation, a global leader in fabrication and gas control technology, acquired Ohio Medical, including its Amvex and Squire-Cogswell brands. Ohio Medical will operate within ESAB's industrial, medical, and specialty gas portfolio.
