Filtrox is expanding its Barnoldswick site with a multi-million-pound investment to increase capacity by 50%. Demolition contractor J Freeley completed groundwork, and the project includes new multi-storey buildings, converting, packaging, and warehousing facilities.

Simon Sauter completed a management buy-out of Schmid Automation AG, including its subsidiaries, retroactively effective November 1, 2022, taking over the entire business from FILTROX Holding AG.
