AIC Mines

PYBAR Mining received a new four-year contract from AIC Mines for the Eloise Mine Complex project and has delivered a Sandvik DD422i jumbo to the site.

Pybar secured a four-year, $149 million contract with AIC Mines to provide underground development services, including a 3km link drive, at the Eloise and Jericho copper complex in Queensland, Australia.

AIC Mines agreed to acquire Demetallica via a share swap, combining AIC's Eloise mine and processing facility with Demetallica's Jericho copper deposit in Queensland, Australia. Demetallica shareholders will own about 21% of the combined company.
