Neumann Bygg, part of STARK Group, signed an agreement on November 3, 2022 to acquire FagFlis-kjeden, a Norwegian and Swedish ceramic tile and accessories chain. The deal includes FagFlis-kjeden's 13 wholly-owned and 12 franchise stores in Norway and three stores in Sweden under FF KakelAB.
