Asian Paints entered a binding term sheet to set up a joint venture in Fujairah, UAE, with Riddhi Siddhi Crusher & Land Transport and others, to manufacture white cement and white cement clinker. The initial capacity is 265,000 tons per annum, with an investment of approximately INR 5.5 billion over two years.
