Semifive signs KRW 12.3B AI semiconductor design contract
Semifive (세미파이브) has signed a contract worth KRW 12.3 billion with an AI semiconductor company to design, develop and supply AI NPU semiconductor ASICs. The contract runs from November 2025 to December 2027.
