Alta Equipment Group agreed to acquire Ecoverse Industries Ltd., a distributor of environmental processing equipment. The transaction is expected to close before the end of 2022, with Ecoverse keeping its brand and management intact.

Alta Equipment Group announced a definitive agreement to acquire Ecoverse Industries, a distributor of environmental processing equipment based in Avon, Ohio. The acquisition gives Alta master dealer rights for North America and is expected to be immediately accretive.
