Betco has closed on certain wastewater business assets from Novozymes A/S, acquiring full ownership of the unit on January 31, 2023, and integrating them into its subsidiary EnviroZyme.

EnviroZyme has entered into a binding agreement to acquire certain wastewater business assets from Novozymes. The acquisition is expected to close in the first quarter of 2023.
