Beijer Ref acquired 80% of the shares in Easy Air Conditioning, a UK-based HVAC distributor headquartered in Henley-in-Arden, with an annual turnover of approximately SEK 70 million. The company supplies AC and heat recovery system solutions for commercial buildings.
