Capital Alignment Partners announced a debt and equity investment in BMH Equipment LLC to support its acquisition of an Ohio-based forklift dealership and service provider. BMH is a distributor of material handling equipment.

BMH Equipment, LLC acquired an Ohio forklift dealership to expand its footprint as a material handling distributor. Terms were not disclosed.

BMH Equipment, LLC acquired Myers Forklift, LLC, a forklift service, repair, and sales company based in Dowagiac, Michigan. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

BMH Equipment, a full-line material handling distributor, acquired Frank H. Gill Company, a material handling equipment supplier of cranes, cargo tractors, pallet jacks and utility vehicles. Frank H. Gill will continue operating under its own name before transitioning to the BMH brand.
