Doosan Energy

Doosan Energy, a subsidiary of Doosan, was awarded a $385 million turnkey EPC contract for the Jafurah Cogeneration Plant in Saudi Arabia, which will supply steam and electricity to Aramco's Jafurah gas field.

Beomhan Industry, parent of Beomhan Fuel Cell, acquired 82.38% of Doosan Mecatec shares for KRW86.499 billion, becoming the largest shareholder; the remaining 17.62% is acquired by a consortium including Metiston Innovation Growth No.1 Private Equity Fund.
