Mutares SE & Co. KGaA completed the acquisition of High Precision Components Witten GmbH, a Tier 1 automotive supplier of precision components, from Westebbe Verwaltungs GmbH and Peter Flaschel. The company will join the KICO & ISH Group.

Mutares SE & Co. KGaA signed an agreement to acquire High Precision Components Witten GmbH, a Tier 1 automotive supplier, from Westebbe Verwaltungs GmbH and Peter Flaschel. The transaction is expected to close in Q4 2023.

Trane Technologies agreed to acquire Al-Ko Air Technology Co., Ltd from AL-KO Kober SE, including three manufacturing sites in Germany and China and approximately 800 employees. The transaction is expected to close by the end of 2022.
