Orchid Monroe acquires Carter Motor Company to expand electric motor production
Orchid Monroe and Carter Motor Company signed an agreement structured as an acquisition of Carter by Orchid. Carter will move into Orchid's larger facility and Orchid will manufacture some of Carter's components going forward.
