Daikin acquires Italian hydraulics maker Duplomatic MS for EUR 220M
Daikin Industries has signed a share purchase agreement to acquire Duplomatic MS S.p.A., an Italian hydraulic equipment manufacturer, for 220 million euros from Alcedo SGR and management. Completion is scheduled for June 2022.
