Rulmeca Holding S.p.A. announced the acquisition of Douglas Manufacturing Ltd, a conveyor components manufacturer based in Pell City, Alabama.

Douglas Manufacturing announced a $2 million expansion of its plant in Pell City, Alabama, adding 15,000 sq. ft. and 20 new jobs. The expansion includes new CNC equipment and automation, and will more than double production capacity of conveyor components.
