Renesas Electronics Corporation announced it has completed the acquisition of Steradian Semiconductors Private Limited.

Renesas Electronics Corporation has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire Steradian Semiconductors Private Limited, a fabless semiconductor company based in Bengaluru, India, that provides 4D imaging radar solutions. The all-cash transaction is expected to close by the end of 2022.
