Epiroc signed an agreement to acquire AARD Mining Equipment, a South African manufacturer of low-profile underground mining equipment, to strengthen its growth in Africa and beyond.

Epiroc has signed an agreement to acquire AARD Mining Equipment, a South African manufacturer of underground mining equipment, for an undisclosed amount. AARD has about 200 employees and revenues of about MSEK 650.
