Big Dipper Textile Mills Ltd, a Canada-China owned enterprise, will establish a textile industry in Ishwardi Export Processing Zone (IEPZ) with an investment of $91.15 million. The plant will produce 15,422 tons of yarn annually and create 1,209 jobs.
