Sensor Systems LLC has acquired the assets of Ruhle Companies Inc's encoder line, including optical encoders and Inductosyn position transducers. The operations will be consolidated at Sensor Systems' headquarters in St. Petersburg, Florida by June 2024.

HEICO Corporation's Flight Support Group acquired 96% of Accurate Metal Machining, Inc., a manufacturer of high-reliability components for aerospace, defense, and semiconductor equipment. The acquisition was for cash at closing with potential additional consideration.
