Topwin Medical is establishing a new medical non-woven material base in Xiaogan, China, with an investment of 180 million Yuan ($27M). The facility will have an annual capacity of 10,000 tons of non-woven raw materials and include four SSMMS production lines and four melt-blown fabric lines.
