Clearon Corp.

Solenis has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire Clearon Corp., which produces trichlor and dichlor at its South Charleston, West Virginia plant. The transaction is expected to close before the end of 2022, subject to regulatory approval. Financial terms were not disclosed.
