Hanil Can acquires 100% of Samkwang Can from Samkwang Glass
Hanil Can acquired 100% of the issued shares of Samkwang Can on 29 October 2019, a spin-off of Samkwang Glass's can business sold for 51 billion KRW; the Fair Trade Commission approved the deal in May 2020.
