Lorentz

ACI Group, an industrial group specializing in defense, energy, and aeronautics, has acquired Lorentz Group, a French precision machining company with two production sites.

ACI Group announced the acquisition of 100% of the shares of Lorentz, a French precision machining company serving aerospace, defense, space and energy sectors. Lorentz has about 60 employees across two sites and will remain under the leadership of Frédéric Lorentz.
