Schaeffler to acquire Ewellix Group for EUR 582M
Schaeffler AG has entered into an agreement to acquire Ewellix Group from Triton Fund V for a purchase price of approximately EUR 582 million, plus assumed net debt of about EUR 120 million. Closing is expected by end of 2022.
