Good Natured Products agreed to acquire Shepherd Thermoforming & Packaging, a custom thermoforming provider in Brampton, Ontario, for C$9.5 million. BDC is providing financing, including a C$6 million mortgage for the real estate, and the deal is expected to close in May 2020.
