BÜFA Group acquires 100% of MacSerien
BÜFA Group has acquired 100% of the shares in Swedish cleaning products manufacturer MacSerien Group, with retroactive effect from January 1, 2024. MacSerien specializes in water treatment, vehicle washing, and sustainable cleaning solutions, with production sites in Sweden and Estonia and 2023 turnover of €12 million.
