Hallett Group

Hallett Group secured a long-term contract to supply cementitious materials, lime, and quarry products to BHP's Olympic Dam and Prominent Hill operations in South Australia, described as the country's largest ongoing cement and quarry product supply contract.

Hallett Group plans to establish a slag cement grinding plant in Port Augusta, South Australia, costing $83.9 million. The plant will produce cement using slag and fly ash, be 100% renewably powered, and create 50 new jobs. It is expected to become operational in 2023.
