ForFarmers

The European Commission approved the creation of a joint venture by ForFarmers N.V. of the Netherlands and team agrar GmbH of Germany under the EU Merger Regulation. The transaction was examined under the simplified merger review procedure.

ForFarmers UK and 2Agriculture have agreed to merge their businesses in a joint venture, with a combined production capacity of over three million tonnes of compound feed per year, subject to UK competition authority approval.
