Tanaka Seiki and United Innovation set up JV for lithium battery coating machines
Tanaka Seiki (300461.SZ) signed an investment agreement with Shenzhen United Innovation Management Center to establish a joint venture, Shenzhen Youfu Intelligent Equipment Co., Ltd., with registered capital of RMB 50 million. Tanaka Seiki will hold 70% and United Innovation 30%. The JV will develop and produce coating machines, key equipment for lithium battery production lines.
