NRW Holdings announced the acquisition of Bunbury-based OFI Group Holdings for about A$4 million. OFI specializes in industrial electrical engineering, automation, switchboard design and manufacture, and is expected to generate A$40 million of revenue next financial year.

OFI engaged GEA to install two complete instant coffee production lines at a greenfield site in Espírito Santo, Brazil. The plant, scheduled to start production in 2023, will produce freeze-dried and spray-dried instant coffee.
