Tongwei

Autowell received a notice of award for Tongwei's stringer welding machine tender, with a winning bid amount of approximately 580 million yuan ($86M). The equipment delivery and acceptance are expected to positively impact Autowell's 2023 financial results.

Tongwei has signed a contract with a unit of Yuze Semiconductor to supply at least 161,100 tons of polysilicon from 2022 to 2026, valued at approximately CNY38.5 billion.
