Corplex

British eco-packaging maker Corplex plans to significantly expand its Hurbanovo, Slovakia plant, adding new operations of nearly one hectare that will be twice the size of the current site. The plant reportedly reached EUR 20 million in revenue in its first year.

Olympus Partners, through portfolio company Liquibox Corp., completed the acquisition of DS Smith's Plastics extruded products division, which is now named Corplex. Corplex operates seven facilities in France, the UK, Spain, Slovakia and the USA.
