Trident Maritime Systems Heavy Equipment Group

J.H. Fletcher completed its acquisition of the Cannon Mining division of Trident Maritime Systems Heavy Equipment Group. The Cannon equipment portfolio will operate under the new name Cannon Mining Equipment, and parts support and machine assembly will move to J.H. Fletcher's facility in Huntington, West Virginia.

J.H. Fletcher & Co reached an agreement in principle to acquire the Cannon Mining product lines from Lake Shore/Trident, including underground mining equipment such as jumbos, bolters, and scalers. The acquisition is expected to close in May 2022.
