Bohn opened a new plant in Mérida, Yucatán, Mexico, tripling production capacity to approximately 1,000 HVACR units per year, with a focus on innovation and sustainability.

BOHN of Mexico acquired Intercambiadores de Calor, S.A. (Intercal), a heat exchanger company based in Santiago de Chile. The acquisition expands BOHN's refrigeration solutions in Latin America, adding product lines including high-end air handlers and industrial projects.
