CMG Cleantech S.A.

CMG Cleantech S.A. has agreed to acquire 100% of Enercon Asia Pte. Ltd., a Singapore-based clean energy solutions company, for approximately USD 70 million, to be satisfied through issuance of CMG shares.

CMG Cleantech S.A. agreed to acquire Ocean Polymers, a British recycling technology company, for approximately €100 million, to be paid by issuance of unlisted notes. The acquisition is subject to due diligence and shareholder approval.
