Berry Global has acquired CMG Plastics, a maker of injection- and blow-molded rigid plastic packaging with production sites in Somerville, New Jersey and Brantford, Ontario and over 170 staff. CMG says the deal expands its resources and capabilities.

CMG Plastics adds energy-efficient molding capacity and in-mold labeling at two plants
CMG Plastics completed two capital improvement projects adding energy-efficient injection molding machines and in-mold labeling capabilities at its facilities in Somerville, New Jersey and Brantford, Ontario. The upgrade adds close to a 10% increase in annual output.
