Bingshan Refrigeration & Heat Transfer Technologies Co., Ltd.

Panasonic Electric (China) Co., Ltd. signed an agreement to acquire a 40% stake in Panasonic Appliances Cold Chain (Dalian) Co., Ltd. from Bingshan Refrigeration & Heat Transfer Technologies Co., Ltd. for CNY 71 million on November 18, 2022.

Bingshan Refrigeration & Heat Transfer Technologies (Bingshan Lengre) agreed to sell its 17.8% stake in Cold King Container Temperature Control (Suzhou) to Trane Technologies European Holding Company B.V. for 102 million yuan. The transaction has been completed.

Trane Technologies European Holding Company BV agreed to acquire a 17.8% stake in Thermo King Container Temperature Control (Suzhou) Corporation Ltd. from Bingshan Refrigeration & Heat Transfer Technologies Co., Ltd. for approximately CNY 100 million.
