Eitrium

Eitrium has acquired all shares in Ab Keymet Oy, a metal subcontractor for the electronics and aerospace industries based in Jakobstad, Finland. Keymet had sales of approximately EUR 4.4 million in 2021.

Eitrium acquired all shares in Ilmeg Products AB, a Swedish manufacturer of dust collectors for the mining industry. The sellers reinvested part of the purchase price and will continue to operate the company.
