Continental Blue Investment SA

HeidelbergCement signed an agreement to acquire 50% of shares in Continental Blue Investment SA (CBI), which controls CBI Ghana, and invest in the construction of the world's largest flash calciner in Ghana. The joint venture will also expand CBI's grinding capacity in Tema.
