Nexans signs agreement to acquire Reka Cables
Nexans has entered into a Share Purchase Agreement to acquire Reka Cables from Reka Industrial Plc for an equity price of €53 million. Reka Cables manufactures low and medium voltage cables and is expected to have a turnover exceeding €160 million in 2022.

Clearfield Inc. acquires Nestor Cables
US-based Clearfield Inc. has agreed to acquire the entire share capital of Nestor Cables Oy for approximately USD 22 million. The transaction is expected to close during the early part of the third quarter of 2022.
