Envirowise

Premier Tech, a North-East manufacturer, has acquired Envirowise, a UK-based wastewater treatment plant service and maintenance company. The acquisition aims to strengthen Premier Tech's presence and service offer in the UK.

Premier Tech's water and environment division acquired drainage company Envirowise, based in Camberley, UK. The deal expands Premier Tech's commercial offer in the UK and European service network.
