Astrak Group, a global player in undercarriage parts and wear parts for heavy equipment, acquired West-Trak, a supplier of wear parts for heavy equipment in New Zealand. The acquisition expands Astrak's presence into the southern hemisphere.

Inflexion Private Equity Partners acquired a majority stake in Astrak, a pan-European distributor of undercarriage and wear parts for earthmoving equipment based in Kirkcaldy, Scotland.
