Saint-Gobain and Dalsan have received competition authority approval to merge their plaster and plasterboard activities in Turkey. The combined entity will have annual production capacity of 100 million m² of plasterboard, 2 million tons of plaster, and 50 million meters of metal profiles.

Saint-Gobain and Dalsan have entered a joint venture to merge their plaster and plasterboard activities in Turkey. The combined entity will have annual capacity of 100 million sqm of plasterboard, 2 million tons of plaster, and 50 million meters of metal profiles, with a new plant in Turgutlu expected to be completed in 2023.
