Kaman sells industrial distribution business to Little John & Co. for $700M
Kaman Corporation agreed to sell its industrial distribution business to Little John & Co. for $700 million, to focus on its aerospace operations. The deal was reported in a 2019 review of pump and valve sector M&A.
