Viva Energy Group

Cleanaway and Viva Energy entered an agreement to conduct a prefeasibility assessment for an integrated sorting, pre-treatment and advanced chemical recycling facility to convert soft and hard-to-recycle plastics into plastic pyrolysis oil for co-processing at Viva Energy's Geelong Refinery.

Viva Energy Group agreed to acquire LyondellBasell Australia (LBA), a polypropylene manufacturer and distributor based in Geelong, Australia. The business employs about 100 people and supplies the Australian and New Zealand markets.
