KKVB Group, parent company of German OEM TEKO, has acquired Vitalis, a Canadian manufacturer of CO2 heating and refrigeration equipment, including chillers and heat pumps for commercial, industrial and district energy applications.

Swiss packaging maker Aluflexpack AG has acquired an 80% share in Teko Aluminyum, which produces aluminum for manufacturing and aluminum caps for dairy and beverage sectors. The deal value was not stated.
