Universal Matter UK, a subsidiary of Universal Matter, acquired all shares of Applied Graphene Materials UK and Applied Graphene Materials US for $1.3 million on March 28, 2023. The acquisition enhances dispersion and application capabilities for graphene-based paints and coatings.

Applied Graphene Materials has signed an exclusive distribution agreement with Rayoung Chemtech to extend its commercial reach into Taiwan's coatings, composites and polymers sectors.
